Got a pet door for my vinyl sliding glass door, it's a game-changer. Pricier than an insert, but way more convenient and totally worth it. Took my dog a couple weeks to get fully comfortable with it (she's a scaredy cat and hadn't used a dog door before), but now she's freely going in and out on her own without letting the hot/cold air or bugs into the house. I opted for the Endura flap, partly because of the lifetime warrantee, and I can see why, it's clearly built to last. Joe did the install, he was friendly, professional, and super helpful. Overall awesome experience, if I'm ever in the market for another pet door I'm definitely going with them again!

Joe is seriously the best! He was so incredibly friendly. He covered everything he was doing with each step. He also literally left everything better than he found it. Usually with contractors in the past I have to spend some time cleaning up after they leave. Joe cleaned up everything. Also, was really great with the doggos. Thanks again for everything, Joe!

I just received a pet door at my house. I am gone long hours and needed my dog to have a way to go outside. This door solved all the problems, plus I am able to open my sliding glass door all the way. The door took about 5-6 week to specially make and my installer Joe was in contact with me the whole time. When he installed the door he gave me the very best in service and the sliding glass door is amazing. The doors are not cheap but well worth the money and comes with 10 year warranty on the glass and lifetime on the dog door. I would recommend Best in glass pet doors to anyone!
