All flaps are lined with fuzzy, nylon weather stripping and magnets to keep the door properly sealed. The magnet strength can be increased for additional wind resistance and insulation. The Hale door model and Wall model operate off the same platform, so parts are easily found! • Single flap recommended for moderate climates
• Double flap recommended for extreme climates
• Fuzzy, nylon weather stripping lines the perimeter of the flap to improve insulation
• Comes with a sturdy locking cover and steel pin lock Customize the door by adding a side-loading locking cover *(optional selection)* if the default top-loading cover doesn't work for you
• Magnets on the flap maintain a tight seal and their strength can be increased for additional wind resistance
• Outer frame features a rain cap that hooks to the top edge of the outside frame and helps protect against water intrusion (if choosing secondary exterior security cover and rain cap, you must choose a side loading security cover)
• The aluminum frame comes in four different colors with the option to mix and match the interior and exterior frame colors *(optional selection)* to accurately match the inside and outside of your home
