The insert includes a large factory-installed PlexiDor Dog Door that accommodates most dogs weighing 40 to 100 lbs. Your dog must be able to step over 8" to 10" in height. This size is ideal for Golden Retrievers, Collies, Labradors, German Shepherds, Dobermans, Pointers, and Boxers. PlexiDor's exclusive K9 Composite thermopane panels are saloon style and do not require costly replacement flaps.

The four edges of both panels come equipped with a high-density industrial nylon pile weather seal. This design produces the highest level of energy efficiency compared to any pet door on the market.
